To be read in conjunction with relevant Rules and Regulations as detailed in the Show Schedule

Pavilion Exhibitors

Exhibitors Please Note – Exhibits are to be brought to the Kendell Poole Pavilion at the Showgrounds between 7.30am – 9.15am on the day of the Show.
Note: Section “QA” Photography Exhibits are to be at the Secretary’s Office on the Tuesday prior to the Show, by 4 pm.
Note: Section “RA” Children’s Art Exhibits are to be at the Secretary’s Office on Thursday prior to the Show by 4pm.

Section tickets MUST be attached to all exhibits, or presented to the Steward with exhibit. The Pavilion will also be open for the staging of exhibits between 2pm – 3pm on the Sunday prior to the show and from 7.30 am – 9.15am on Monday of the Show. Judging will commence at 9.30am.

Prize Money WILL BE PAID OUT IN THE PAVILION from 4 pm on Tuesday 4th October 2022. Uncollected prize money will be forfeited. IF YOU CANNOT COLLECT YOUR EXHIBITS AND PRIZE MONEY, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR SOMEONE TO COLLECT FOR Y0U.
Prize money: First- $2.00, Second – $1.00, in all sections unless otherwise stated.
Security Precautions will be taken for all exhibits Sunday & Monday nights.
ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE THE BONA-FIDE WORK OF THE EXHIBITOR

 

Horse Exhibitors

All competing ponies and horses must be measured before 10am on the morning of exhibition. Current Kerang Ag. Society or RASV or EFA measuring tickets will be accepted.

All colts and stallions 2 years and over must be led with a bit and chain by an adult.

Stallions are permitted in Stallion classes only, unless otherwise stated.

All events will be conducted in accordance with the current EFA “Saddle Horse, Judges and Competitors Rules.”
